Summer Pallets
07/01/2011Wednesday morning we took a drive out to our printer's new location in Brooklyn. (They had run out of our size labels the afternoon before and overnighting them wasn't going to be quick enough) We also wanted to check out their new space and most importantly get some sneak peaks of our Summer 2011 production!
Everything we got to see was extremely solid - the print techniques and quality was excellent as usual. Some last prints and labeling were going down and everywhere you looked was boxed up Only goods.
This Summer production will again mark our biggest production ever. For our tees, tanks, and crews we produced a combined total 5,000 pcs. We are also wrapping up our hat production which is an additional 5,000 pcs. As you can imagine we are really excited! "You're getting up there" our manufacturers have been saying.
This time around we needed a full size truck for delivery! A pretty big step up from our usual van. Also new, it was delivered on actual pallets - 3 of them!
67 boxes later..
Now we wait on our Summer hat shipment so we can begin sorting, packing and shipping store orders. In the meantime we will be working on getting these goods photographed and ready for our online store. Hang tight it's going to be a few weeks.
